Frequently asked Questions
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
Regular sessions are guaranteed sneak peeks within 1 week and a full gallery within 2-3 weeks. Weddings are guaranteed sneak peeks within 48 hours and a full gallery delivery in 8-10 weeks. I will always give a solidified date to expect your photos by at the time of the session!
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes!!! After the deposit is paid, we can tailor a payment plan to fit your needs. The 25% non-refundable deposit is the only payment that we cannot change.
What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Life happens! I get it! Whatever money you’ve paid will be used towards a rescheduled date. If we have to cancel, you’ll get all of your money back minus the deposit. I am super flexible – I will reschedule a session up to 3 times. Gotta do what you gotta do! I want to make it work with you.
Do you charge for travel?
Yes, depending on where your session is. Please let me know the desired location of your session so I can include the travel fee in my response! The greater Grand Rapids area will not be charged a travel fee, but outside of the area may require a fee.
